近日 Ozone Robot 官网公告与事实不符。 为避免客户混淆，说明如下

1. 英国 Ozone Robot Environmental Equipment Ltd. 曾经是我公司海外代理，但合同已终止，与我公司无关。

2. 韩国(株)ORK 是我司正式代理，负责产品销售、安装及售后服务。

对于造成的困扰深表歉意,我公司将继续全力支持客户的稳定运行，谢谢。

최근 Ozone Robot 홈페이지에 게재된 공지는 사실과 다릅니다.
고객 혼선을 방지하기 위해 다음과 같이 알립니다.

1. 영국 Ozone Robot Environmental Equipment Ltd는 과거 당사의 해외 대리점이었으나, 현재는 계약이 종료되어 당사와 무관합니다.

2. ㈜ORK는 당사의 한국 공식 대리점으로, 과거 및 현재 판매 제품에 대해 정상적으로 설치와 A/S를 제공하고 있습니다.

혼란을 끼쳐 드린 점 사과드리며, 고객사의 안정적 운전을 위해 최선을 다해 지원하겠습니다.  감사합니다.

Clarification (Correction Notice)

A recent notice on the Ozone Robot website is not accurate.
To avoid confusion, we clarify as follows:

1. Ozone Robot Environmental Equipment Ltd. (UK) was once our distributor, but the contract has ended and it is no longer related to us.

2. ORK Co., Ltd. (Korea) is our official distributor, providing sales, installation, and after-sales service.

We apologize for the confusion and will continue to fully support our customers’ stable operations. Thank you.
